Christmas Mix

Every year my family makes Christmas Mix! It's a plethra of goodness! So I will share with you!

Melt the almond bark according to package directions. Lay some wax paper on a flat surface and tape down. Mix the dry ingrediants and spread out the mix on the wax paper. Pour the melted almond bark on top and mix with a flipper to throughly mix it all. Let it set for about 10 mins. and break it up and eat! Mmmm! Delish!

Little Nosh

I love this little nosh between breafast and lunch, so I thought I would share with you!

1 english muffin split

2-4 slices of plum tomato

1 slice of ham, cut into fourths

1 slice of swiss cheese in half

In order, english muffin, slice of ham,slices of tomato( dash of salt and cracked pepper), swiss cheese on top. Place in toaster in oven to melt cheese and walllaaaa! It's so perfect! You could add some sprig of parsley or even smear the english muffin with cream cheese. So many ways!

1st Chili ever, total YUMMO!

So I always said I would attempt chili, when my hubby was gone for a few days. He is not a chili lover, the smell knocks him out!

I have been looking for some really good blogs and came across The Fitnessista! WOW! She has inspired me in many ways!

On her blog, she cooked a delish chili, that I thought, I could do that! So thank you for the yummy idea and awsome blog!

But it has sparked my interest to log my recipes, pictures, and info once again. Not sure if anyone reads this, but I do. Need to get some things in order before I do. Trust me, it won't be 8 months =}
