Hey everyone! well I really don't know who reads this, but whomever hope your day is blessed!
So guess what is coming up??? The Boston Marathon and one of my favorite bloggers is running in it!
So since I won't be on the side lines shouting " GO SKINNY RUNNER" I made her a sign instead to let her know I am rooting for her!!
Whoohoo! I know she will do awesome!!
So remember that bread I was supposed to make? UG! I was a day late of baking due to volunteering at school and other such things. My friend who gave it to me, said it was ok to bake a day late, double ug!
Now I wish I kept it. Hopefully I will get another chance.
Whenever I ask the kids that wonderful line" What should I make for dinner?" one of my kiddos says " Haystacks!!" Sounds easy, I will do it! I had my 1st Haystack about 14yrs ago, but with I think the original ingrediants, rice, peppers, pineapple, Chinese Noodles, shredded cheese, and this chicken gravy. It's really good! Due to allergies and picky eaters, why not make our haystacks? So we have Taco Haystacks.
First you start with rice of your choice, then the next ingrediants are up to your taste!
and Walaaa! We could have used guac or other mexican goodnes, but I just used what we had.
I tried 2 new coffee items, Almond Joy creamer and Caramel coffee by Starbucks. They were both pretty good. Not really a all time get out fan of Sbux, but it was pretty good. The creamer is the BOMB!
All right it's that time again where my taxi is getting warmed up for the next pick up!
